Suspended Central Police Station OCS Samson Talaam now claims he was not arrested.
Speaking on Saturday after meeting the OCS at the Lang'ata Police Station, his lawyer Danstan Omari also claims Talaam was not at Central Police Station, and that they were assembling CCTV footage and mobile phone data to show what transpired on the night Albert Ojwang was killed.
